ZEELCHEM™ 1000, a type of Polyacrylic Acid, is a safe and highly soluble polymer in water, making it an excellent option for numerous industrial applications. Its unique characteristics allow it to perform effectively in alkaline environments and at high concentrations without resulting in scale deposits, which can pose significant challenges in many processes. This adaptable compound is particularly skilled at dispersing microcrystals or micro sand derived from calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate, and calcium sulfate, thus enhancing the efficiency of systems where these substances may create complications. ZEELCHEM™ 1000 is widely used as both a scale inhibitor and dispersant across various industries, including circulating cooling water systems, paper manufacturing, textile weaving, dyeing processes, ceramics production, and painting applications. Its ability to maintain fluidity and prevent sedimentation makes it an essential additive in these sectors, ensuring smoother operations and improved product quality.

Dosage:

ZEELCHEM™ 1000 (Polyacrylic Acid) is utilized as a scale inhibitor and dispersant in recirculating cooling water systems across power plants, steel and iron industries, fertilizer manufacturing, refineries, and air conditioning units. The dosage should be adjusted according to the water quality and the materials of the equipment, with a preferred range of 1-15mg/L when applied alone.

We are not required to insure the products ordered, so any loss or damage during transit is the buyer's responsibility. The buyer is required to make full payment to ZEEL PRODUCT in such cases. Currently, ZEEL PRODUCT is only shipping within the domestic market.
