ZEELCHEM DF is a kind of high-performance silicone defoamer. It is milky white liquid, being a kind of surfactant, the interfacial activity mainly occurs at the gas-liquid interface, which can significantly increase the surface tension and interfacial energy of water. After the defoaming agent is introduced, the bubbles form a very thin double film layer, and the film wall changes rapidly. The thin, strong surface tension breaks the film, which acts to defoam and improve the strength, compactness and appearance of the system.
