We are a company-run business — not an automated platform or a marketplace. Every shipment requires care, attention, and active collaboration from the customer.
Your order will be shipped based on your delivery address and the product selected. ZEEL PRODUCT partners with various courier and transport companies to ensure timely delivery. We will keep you informed about the status of your order. If you have any questions or need updates, please contact our Customer Service Department. Generally, ZEEL PRODUCT aims to deliver within 5-7 days, but deliveries to remote areas may take up to 10-12 days. ZEEL PRODUCT is not obligated to deliver within this timeframe and reserves the right to extend delivery times as necessary. We are not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. ZEEL PRODUCT has the discretion to choose the mode of transport and delivery service provider. We provide both door delivery and transport godown delivery for all products, but the title and risk transfer to the buyer once the product leaves ZEEL PRODUCT's premises. We are not required to insure the products ordered, so any loss or damage during transit is the buyer's responsibility. The buyer is required to make full payment to ZEEL PRODUCT in such cases. Currently, ZEEL PRODUCT is only shipping within the domestic market.
